Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payments: A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking on your confirmed date & time. The remainder of the total is due 14 days prior to your booking. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your booking the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme or wet weather Little Palm Events Co holds the right to cancel due to the risk of damage to the products for hire if no indoor or wet weather option is available. Little Palm Events Co takes no responsibilty for the deterioration of balloons in extreme heat where no shade and or cover has been arranged by the hirer.

Assumption of Responsibility: I, the hirer, acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of myself, my guests, and any third parties present at the event. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety throughout the duration of the event.

Care of Property: I, the hirer, agree to exercise due care and diligence when using the equipment and props provided by Little Palm Events Co. I will not engage in any activities that could cause damage to the property and equipment. I agree, that in the event damages occur that a fee will be charged to the hirer. The amount will be determined by Little Palm Events Hire relating to the level of damage.

Release of Liability: I, the hirer, hereby release Little Palm Events Co, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, claims that may arise during the hire period. Little Palm Events Co will not be held accountable for any tampering or misuse once the employee has secured the equipment and props and left the event space.

Damage and Loss:** I, the hirer, understand that I will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of property belonging to Little Palm Events Co, whether caused by me, my guests, or any third parties present at the event. I agree to promptly reimburse Little Palm Events Co for any necessary repairs or replacements.
